I helped Charles and his friend and cook Catherine Balaam create a book of her best dishes, acting as designer, art director and project manager: shooting photos, setting the book’s structure and page plan, and designing the book from front to back. 160 pages, matt laminate hardback cover with spot varnish highlights.
